Job Summary

We are seeking a highly skilled Psychiatric Nurse Practitioner to join our team at Corizon Health. As a key member of our healthcare team, you will be responsible for providing high-quality mental health care to our patients.

Responsibilities

  • Assess and diagnose mental health conditions in patients
  • Develop and implement treatment plans in collaboration with other healthcare professionals
  • Prescribe and manage medications as needed
  • Provide education and support to patients and their families
  • Collaborate with other healthcare teams to ensure comprehensive care

Requirements

  • Master's degree in Nursing with a focus on psychiatric-mental health nursing
  • Current licensure as a Registered Nurse (RN) and certification as a Psychiatric-Mental Health Nurse Practitioner (PMHNP)
  • Experience working in a mental health setting
  • Strong communication and interpersonal skills
