Recology Route Driver

We are seeking a skilled Commercial Driver to join our team at Recology, a pioneering company in the resource recovery industry. In this role, you will be responsible for the safe and efficient operation of assigned vehicles, ensuring compliance with safety procedures and maintaining excellent customer relations.
The ideal candidate will possess a commercial driver's license and have at least one year of experience in commercial driving. Additionally, they should be physically capable of performing continuous exertions and work various shifts, including nights, weekends, and holidays.
Key responsibilities include:
- Vehicle Operation: Perform daily routine safety checks and pre-trip inspections on assigned vehicles, ensuring all safety measures are consistently applied.
- Safety and Compliance: Ensure all materials being transported comply with legal load limits and do not include hazardous materials.
- Customer Relations: Maintain good customer relations and positively influence the community's perception of the Company throughout all service areas.
