Position Overview:
We are seeking a dedicated and skilled Certified Surgical Technologist to join our team at Soloh Partners Inc. This travel position requires a professional who is committed to providing exceptional support in the surgical environment.

Key Responsibilities:
The Surgical Technologist will work under the direct supervision of a Registered Nurse, assisting in the care and preparation of surgical patients. Responsibilities include:

  • Maintaining a sterile environment in the operating room.
  • Assisting surgeons during surgical procedures.
  • Performing technical duties related to scrub personnel.
  • Ensuring surgical equipment is functioning properly and safely.
  • Participating in the training of new staff as needed.

Qualifications:
To be considered for this role, candidates must have:

  • Completion of an accredited Certified Surgical Tech program.
  • Knowledge of cleaning, sterilization, and disinfection processes for surgical instruments.
  • Current BLS certification.

Work Schedule:
This position requires flexibility, including:

  • 8-hour shifts, typically from 7 AM to 3:30 PM.
  • Weekend, call, and holiday availability.

Compensation:
The weekly gross compensation for this role is competitive, with additional stipends available.
