Job Description

The Organizational Development Coordinator plays a vital role in supporting the strategic objectives of our organization. This role involves:

  • Planning and coordinating development initiatives, including training programs and events.
  • Working collaboratively with cross-functional teams to identify learning needs and develop tailored solutions.
  • Evaluating the effectiveness of our development initiatives and recommending improvements.
  • Maintaining accurate records and reporting metrics to inform decision-making.
Key Responsibilities
  • Maintain an annual training calendar, ensuring seamless coordination of events, programs, and activities.
  • Coordinate logistics, including venue setup, equipment, and catering arrangements.
  • Manage the learning management system, scheduling, invitations, registration lists, and day-of-event facilitation requirements.
  • Promote training opportunities, encouraging employee participation and engagement.
  • Develop and maintain training materials, updating content to reflect changing business needs.
