About the Role

This is a unique opportunity to join Sargent & Lundy as a Senior Mechanical Engineer in our Nuclear Power Group. As a key member of our team, you will be responsible for designing and developing mechanical systems for nuclear power plants.

Key Responsibilities
  • Prepare and review modification packages for operating nuclear power plants
  • Develop functional mechanical drawings and/or drawings for nuclear power plant systems
  • Conduct engineering analyses and evaluations to support modifications and operation of plant systems
  • Develop technical specifications and procurement documents for plant equipment
  • Evaluate vendor bids for plant equipment
  • Conduct studies and options evaluations for modifications to operating nuclear power plants

  • PE license is beneficial, but not required
