We're seeking a skilled Photographer to join our team in Pensacola, FL. This is a permanent position that requires occasional travel to various sites in the area.

Key Responsibilities:

  • Support marketing efforts by capturing high-quality 3D virtual tours and footprints using specialized camera technology.
  • Develop a portfolio of photographs that showcase homes and apartments in the most appealing way possible, utilizing advanced photography techniques.
  • Collaborate with scheduling and dispatch teams to optimize appointments and meet client demands.
  • Effectively communicate with clients, sales teams, research partners, and management to prioritize tasks and initiatives.
  • Own the market by navigating one-mile square grids to ensure comprehensive commercial real estate data coverage.
  • Identify new inventory, missing availability, and commercial properties to be photographed.

Physical Requirements:

  • Repetitive sitting, standing, and walking for up to 8 hours per day.
  • Lifting, carrying, and maneuvering equipment weighing up to 5 pounds.
  • Repetitive hand and arm movements for typing on a tablet or laptop and operating camera equipment.
  • Occasional bending, stooping, squatting, lifting, twisting, and carrying for job functions.
  • Ability to work and drive outside during all seasons.
  • Rotating weekend schedule.

Qualifications:

  • At least 2 years of professional experience or recent bachelor's degree in Photography.
  • Strong time management and attention to detail.
  • Ability to accurately capture and enter data.
  • Excellent communication and organizational skills.
  • Knowledge of Windows, Apple OS, Microsoft Office, and Internet applications.
  • Ability to quickly learn and apply new concepts such as commercial real estate terminology, mapping, and GIS concepts.
  • Enjoy working independently in a fast-paced environment.
  • Field experience preferred.
