About the Role:

The successful candidate will be responsible for overseeing the clinical and operational practice of nursing, ensuring excellence in patient care, and promoting a culture of safety and quality.

Responsibilities:
  • Supervise and direct nursing staff to ensure high-quality patient care.
  • Develop and implement nursing policies and procedures.
  • Collaborate with interdisciplinary teams to achieve patient-centered care.
  • Monitor and evaluate patient outcomes, identifying areas for improvement.
  • Participate in quality improvement initiatives and patient safety programs.
Requirements:
  • DE RN License or Nurse Licensure Compact (NLC).
  • BSN Required.
  • Master of Science in Nursing from an accredited school preferred or commitment to obtain within 3 years of hire date.
  • Five years of appropriate clinical and leadership experience.
  • Nursing Professional certification in a related nursing specialty is required.
  • Nurse Executive certification preferred.
