Position Overview:
vTech Healthcare is currently seeking a dedicated Registered Nurse (RN) Manager for the Cardiac Catheterization Laboratory. This role involves overseeing the management of invasive cardiac services.

Key Responsibilities:
  • Manage and supervise clinical and non-clinical personnel within the cardiac catheterization and electrophysiology laboratories.
  • Develop and implement policies and procedures to enhance operational efficiency.
  • Support quality improvement initiatives and monitor outcome measures.
  • Oversee various operational and quality enhancement projects in the invasive areas, including cardiac catheterization, electrophysiology, and hybrid procedures.

Qualifications:
  • Must hold a valid Registered Nurse license in the state of Illinois.
  • A minimum of five years of comprehensive nursing experience is required.
  • At least three years of experience in procedural units or operating rooms is necessary.
  • Two years of management or supervisory experience is essential.
  • Possession of an active Advanced Cardiovascular certification.
  • A Bachelor's degree from an accredited institution is required.
