Job Summary:

As a Student Services Professional, you will play a vital role in supporting students with behavioral challenges. Your primary responsibilities will include:

  • Collaborating with teachers and support staff to integrate behavioral strategies into lesson plans

Requirements:

  • Diploma or degree in Special Education, Psychology, or a related field
  • Experience working with students with behavioral challenges, preferably in a school setting
  • Excellent communication and interpersonal skills, with the ability to build strong relationships with students, parents, and colleagues
  • Ability to create a safe and inclusive learning environment that promotes social skills and emotional regulation
  • Strong organizational and time management skills, with the ability to prioritize tasks and meet deadlines
