Job Summary

We are seeking a skilled Financial Analyst to join our team at MARSAN ASSOCIATES PC in Emerson, NJ. As a key member of our accounting team, you will be responsible for preparing and inputting accounting data, reconciling monthly bank statements, and posting adjusting entries.

This is a full-time position that requires the ability to work on multiple clients, with a focus on providing high-quality financial services. The ideal candidate will have prior experience in accounting or a related field, as well as knowledge of GAAP and QuickBooks.

Key Responsibilities:

  • Prepare and input accounting data into Thomson Reuters Accounting system
  • Reconcile monthly bank statements and post adjusting entries
  • Perform Compilation, Reviews, and Audits of financial statements
  • Provide additional financial reporting as requested

Salary Information: $55,000 - $65,000 per year, depending on experience.
