Job Description

We are seeking an experienced Construction Inspector to join our team. As a key member of our inspection services, you will be responsible for reviewing contract drawings, attending inspections of new construction projects, and ensuring compliance with relevant building codes and regulations.

Salary:$90,000 - $120,000 per year

This role requires a strong understanding of construction practices, building codes, and regulatory requirements. You will work closely with our clients to provide expert advice and ensure that their projects meet the highest standards of quality and safety.

Key Skills and Qualifications:

  • Minimum 10 years of experience in designing, installing, constructing, and inspecting various types of architectural, structural, mechanical, and plumbing elements
  • Bachelor's degree in Architectural or Engineering
  • Knowledge of construction codes for New Jersey, New York City, and New York State
  • Ability to read and interpret construction drawings
  • Valid driver's license required
