Job Summary

We are seeking a highly skilled Speech-Language Pathologist to join our team at Soliant. The ideal candidate will have a minimum of 1+ years of experience in speech therapy and a strong background in working with students in a school setting.

Responsibilities
  • Provide speech therapy services to students with a caseload of 35-45 students, primarily in 9th grade
  • Develop and implement individualized treatment plans to meet the unique needs of each student
  • Collaborate with teachers and other school staff to ensure seamless integration of speech therapy services into the educational program
  • Conduct assessments and evaluations to identify students' strengths and areas of need
  • Communicate regularly with parents and guardians to keep them informed of their child's progress
Requirements
  • Masters degree in Speech-Language Pathology
  • California state licensure as an SLP
  • Previous experience in a school setting preferred
Work Environment

This is a full-time position with a 4-day workweek. The ideal candidate will be able to work independently and as part of a team to provide high-quality speech therapy services to our students.
