Job Summary

We are seeking a motivated and detail-oriented Operations Associate to join our team at Clickstop. As an Operations Associate, you will play a critical role in supporting our warehouse operations, ensuring efficient and accurate processing of orders, and maintaining a safe and productive work environment.

Key Responsibilities

  • Work efficiently individually and as a team to support and achieve personal and team goals while celebrating wins.
  • Collaborate with team members to establish and maintain productive and efficient standard work by way of continuous improvement/lean manufacturing that allows the company to be profitable and sustainable.
  • Execute excellent work while all safety measures are observed and abided by to ensure the safety of yourself and team members.
  • Promote great interdepartmental relationships to ensure brand promise is consistently met by means of effective and respectful communication.
  • Stay familiar with all brands and ensure quality products are packaged and shipped out to customers in a way that promotes a great customer experience while minimizing waste.
  • Safely and efficiently unload trucks and containers that are both palletized and floor loaded.
  • Perform quality checks as needed on incoming products and check-in accurately to ensure product is available to ship.
