Responsibilities- Conduct comprehensive assessments and develop individualized treatment plans to address speech, language, and cognitive deficits.
- Provide direct therapy services, including speech, language, and swallowing therapy, to patients with a range of diagnoses and conditions.
- Collaborate with other healthcare professionals to ensure comprehensive care and optimal patient outcomes.
- Develop and implement home programs and provide family training to support patient recovery and independence.
- Participate in quality improvement initiatives and contribute to the development of new procedures and service lines.
- Master's degree in Speech-Language Pathology from an accredited program.
- Current State of Utah Speech Language Pathologist license.
- National certification by the American Speech-Language and Hearing Association to practice Speech Language Pathology or Clinical Fellowship year.
- American Red Cross or American Heart Association Basic Life Support certification.
- One year of related work experience in an acute-care setting preferred.
