  • State licensure or the ability to obtain it.
  • A commitment to driving positive outcomes for children.
  • Strong communication skills and a collaborative mindset.
  • Experience in schools or working with children is a plus, but not required.
  • Ability to deliver services virtually or in person, depending on client needs.
What We Offer
  • Competitive compensation with flexible pay options.
  • Comprehensive benefits package, including Medical/Dental/Vision coverage and a 401(k) plan with a discretionary company match.
  • Paid time off and a flexible spending plan for medical and dependent coverage.
  • Licensure reimbursement, professional development stipends, and membership stipends.
  • Unlimited CEUs through our Progressus Pathways Learning Center.
  • A supportive environment that fosters professional growth, mentorship, and success.

At Invo-Progressus, we believe in the power of teamwork, passion, and dedication to achieve the best outcomes for children. If you're ready to embark on a rewarding career where your expertise can truly make a difference, we want to hear from you.
