Key Responsibilities
- Exhibit flexibility in scheduling, including availability for weekends, holidays, and various shifts.
- Address and resolve guest complaints to enhance overall satisfaction.
- Uphold cleanliness and quality standards in all assigned tasks.
- Adhere to safety protocols, housekeeping procedures, and security measures.
- Thoroughly clean and service designated guest rooms in accordance with established hotel standards.
- Restock cleaning carts at the conclusion of each shift.
- Complete additional deep cleaning assignments as directed.
- Perform other related duties as required.
Qualifications
- At least one year of cleaning experience; prior experience in a hotel setting is preferred.
- Strong communication skills to interact effectively with guests, management, and colleagues.
- Understanding of proper chemical usage and safety.
- Bilingual abilities in English and Spanish are advantageous.
- Familiarity with local attractions and activities that may interest guests.
