Key Responsibilities- Perform routine maintenance and repairs on building systems, including HVAC, plumbing, and electrical systems.
- Conduct preventative maintenance on company vehicles and equipment.
- Assist with the moving of equipment and furniture as needed.
- Ensure adequate supply of paper and liquid products in all areas.
- Clean and maintain rugs and other facilities.
- Perform routine maintenance on heating and air conditioning systems.
- Ensure all fixtures in clinical and administrative work areas are in working order.
- High School diploma or equivalent required.
- Valid driver's license and ability to meet company insurability requirements.
- Must clear criminal background check.
May be required to work various shifts or emergencies on evenings, weekends, and holidays. Exposure to chemicals, mechanical and electrical hazards, and hazardous physical substances and fumes.
Physical DemandsMust possess strength, stamina, and mobility to perform medium to heavy physical work, to work around machines, to climb and descend ladders, to operate a variety of tools and equipment, and to operate a motor vehicle.
