Job Summary

We are seeking a skilled Toll Collector to join our team at Rock Coast Personnel. As a key member of our operations team, you will be responsible for providing exceptional customer service and ensuring the smooth operation of our toll collection systems.

Key Responsibilities
  • Customer Service: Greet customers with a friendly and positive attitude, providing information and assistance as needed.
  • Transaction Processing: Receive and process customer payments accurately, handling cash and making change as required.
  • Cash Handling: Maintain a secure and accurate cash drawer, preparing deposit slips at the end of each shift.
Requirements
  • Education: High school diploma or equivalent required.
  • Experience: Previous experience in customer service, cash handling, or a related field is highly desirable.
  • Skills: Ability to work accurately and efficiently, with a strong focus on customer satisfaction.
