Speech-Language Pathologist (SLP) Opportunity

We are currently seeking a dedicated and experienced Speech-Language Pathologist to join our team in Southborough, MA. The ideal candidate will possess a passion for working with students and a commitment to providing high-quality speech and language services.

Responsibilities:
  • Conduct comprehensive assessments of students to identify speech, language, voice, and fluency disorders.
  • Develop and implement individualized education plans (IEPs) tailored to the specific needs of each student.
  • Provide direct therapy services to students individually and in small groups, utilizing evidence-based practices.
  • Collaborate effectively with teachers, parents, and school staff to integrate speech and language goals into classroom activities.
  • Monitor student progress closely and adjust treatment plans as needed, ensuring continuous improvement.
  • Participate actively in IEP meetings, providing valuable insights on student progress and recommending strategies for success.
Qualifications:
  • Master's degree in Speech-Language Pathology from an accredited university.
  • Valid Speech-Language Pathologist license in Massachusetts or eligibility to obtain one.
  • American Speech-Language-Hearing Association (ASHA) Certificate of Clinical Competence (CCC-SLP) preferred.
  • Experience working with students in a school setting is highly desirable.
  • Excellent communication, organizational, and interpersonal skills are essential for success in this role.
