Salary Range: $90,000 - $105,000 per annum (paid per visit), reflecting an estimated annual compensation for a full-time employee based on extensive research and industry benchmarks.

What You'll Do

As a Home Health Physical Therapist with AccentCare, you will have the opportunity to reimagine your career while providing world-class patient care. Your responsibilities will include:

  • Developing and implementing comprehensive treatment plans tailored to meet the unique needs of each patient
  • Collaborating with healthcare professionals to ensure seamless care coordination and delivery
  • Fostering strong relationships with patients and their families to promote trust and understanding
  • Maintaining up-to-date knowledge of the latest physical therapy techniques and best practices

Your Qualifications

To excel in this role, you must possess:

  • A Master's degree in physical therapy from a CAPTE-approved program
  • Valid licensure to practice as a physical therapist within the state of operation
  • No less than nine months of experience as a physical therapist, with preferred community/home health experience
  • CPR certification and a valid driver's license
