Job Summary: We are seeking a dedicated and organized Restaurant Assistant to join our team at Suser Restaurant Group. As a Barback/ Busser, you will be responsible for maintaining a clean and efficient dining environment.

Main Responsibilities:

  • Remove used plates, glasses, cutlery, and napkins from tables after guests are finished.
  • Sanitize tables and chairs to ensure a clean and hygienic environment.
  • Set tables with clean linens, condiments, or other needed supplies to provide an excellent guest experience.
  • Scrape and stack dirty dishes for cleaning to maintain a smooth kitchen operation.
  • Assist Bartenders in cleaning glassware, removing bus tubs, and stocking the bar to support beverage service.

Requirements: To be successful as a Restaurant Assistant, you should have basic knowledge of restaurant operations and excellent communication skills.
