We are seeking a highly motivated and empathetic Certified Nursing Assistant (CNA) to join our residential care team. As a CNA at Monarch, you will play a vital role in delivering person-centered care and promoting the overall well-being of our residents.
Job SummaryThis is a PRN position, requiring shift coverage on an as-needed basis. You will work closely with our nursing staff to provide basic care and assistance to residents, including bathing, dressing, grooming, and feeding. Your primary responsibility will be to ensure the comfort, safety, and happiness of our residents while maintaining a clean and organized living environment.

Responsibilities- Assist residents with daily activities such as bathing, dressing, grooming, and feeding
- Provide basic care and assistance with mobility, transfer techniques, and proper positioning
- Support residents with meal preparation and serving, ensuring accurate intake and output measurements
- Record vital signs, weight, and report any changes in residents' condition to nursing staff
- Maintain a clean and safe living environment, adhering to infection control protocols and agency policies
- Certified Nursing Assistant (CNA) certification from the State Department of Health and Human Services
- High School Diploma or equivalent
- Valid Drivers License (USA)
- Experience working with adults with mental health diagnoses and/or developmental disabilities
