As a Customer Service Associate with our organization, you will play a critical role in delivering exceptional guest experiences at one of our parks or facilities. This position requires strong communication skills, a positive attitude, and the ability to work effectively in a fast-paced environment.

**Salary:** $16.66 - $19.03 per hour, depending on experience.

Job Description:

We are seeking a highly motivated and detail-oriented individual to join our team as a Cashier and Guest Experience Representative. In this role, you will be responsible for operating a cash register, handling customer transactions, and providing excellent service to our guests.

  • Meet the public as courteously and graciously as possible.
  • Operate a cash register in assigned area.
  • Collect money and make accurate change.
  • Complete financial paperwork as required for assigned area
  • Help guests with and sell General Admission tickets, Premier Tours, and Memberships.
Required Skills and Qualifications:

To be successful in this role, you must have:

  • Customer service experience, preferably in a retail or hospitality setting.
  • Strong communication and interpersonal skills.
  • The ability to work effectively in a team environment.
  • A high school diploma or equivalent.
