Job Description

We are seeking an experienced Hydraulic Systems Designer to join our team in Tempe, AZ. This full-time position will support our Nevada operations, working 40 hours per week. The successful candidate will be responsible for designing hydraulic systems using HEC-RAS, HEC-HMS, & Flo-2D models.

Key Responsibilities:
  • Prepare hydrologic and hydraulic studies and FEMA permitting
  • Research jurisdictional drainage requirements
  • Oversee production of drainage design and construction drawings
  • Perform data management and prepare exhibits
  • Work as a member of a multi-discipline team
Requirements:
  • Bachelor's degree in Engineering
  • Minimum 5 years of drainage experience
  • Professional Engineer (PE) license preferred
  • Proficient with HEC-RAS, HEC-HMS, & Flo-2D
  • Proficiency with ArcGIS and QGIS; GISP certification desirable
Compensation and Benefits

The estimated salary for this position is $90,000 - $120,000 per year, based on industry standards and location.
