Job Responsibilities- Provide direct patient care in the Emergency Room setting, including assessment, diagnosis, and treatment of patients
- Collaborate with interdisciplinary teams to develop and implement patient care plans
- Participate in quality improvement initiatives to enhance patient outcomes and satisfaction
- Communicate effectively with patients, families, and healthcare teams to ensure seamless care transitions
- Current RN licensure in the state of practice
- Minimum 1 year of experience in Emergency Room nursing
- Ability to work flexible schedules, including nights, weekends, and holidays
- Strong communication and interpersonal skills
