We are seeking a highly motivated and detail-oriented individual to join our Warehouse Operations and Logistics Team as a Warehouse Operations Specialist. As a key member of our team, you will be responsible for ensuring the efficient and accurate processing of products throughout the warehouse.

• Pick, package, and ship products to meet high-speed delivery expectations.
• Use independent judgment and decision making to ensure operations and quality of service are met.
• Collaborate with team members to receive, inventory, and distribute products.
• Perform inventory control procedures, including monitoring and maintaining optimal storage/inventory efficiency.
• Work collaboratively and cooperatively with others, committing to a workplace of teamwork, dignity, and respect.

• Previous experience in a warehouse or distribution center environment is desired but not necessary. We are committed to providing training and development for all employees to build their professional experience and capabilities.
• Ability to understand, read, and/or comprehend instructions and directions, including different numbers and specifications.
• Must be able to work scheduled hours.
• Be a collaborative team player who is willing to work with others and independently.
• Strong work ethic focused on commitment, pride of work, quality, desire to learn, and dependability.
• Must be at least 18 years old to apply.

The Warehouse Operations Specialist will work in a fast-paced warehouse environment with a focus on teamwork and collaboration. The position requires the ability to walk and function in elevation changes, as well as the ability to read, write, and understand basics of the English language.
