Occupational Therapist

HealthPro Heritage is seeking a skilled Occupational Therapist to join our team at Helia Healthcare in Jerseyville, IL. This PRN position offers flexibility in your schedule and the opportunity to work in a long-term care setting.

• Key Responsibilities:
• Conduct patient assessments to evaluate physical, emotional, and cognitive abilities
• Develop and implement personalized treatment plans to enhance functional abilities
• Provide education to clients and their families on improving daily activities
• Maintain accurate records of evaluations, progress, and treatment plans

Requirements:

• Education: Degree in Occupational Therapy from an accredited institution
• Licensure: Valid state licensure as an Occupational Therapist, or license eligible
• Skills: Strong clinical assessment and diagnostic skills, proficient in developing and implementing effective treatment plans, excellent communication and interpersonal skills
