About the Role:

We are seeking a highly skilled and experienced Oral Health Care Director to join our team at Heartland Alliance Health. As a key member of our leadership team, you will be responsible for providing strategic direction and oversight for our oral health programs.

In this role, you will work closely with our clinical staff to develop and implement effective treatment plans, ensuring that our patients receive high-quality care. You will also be responsible for managing budgets, supervising staff, and collaborating with other departments to achieve our organizational goals.

Key Responsibilities:

  • Develop and implement oral health care strategies to improve patient outcomes
  • Supervise and manage a team of dental healthcare providers
  • Collaborate with other departments to ensure seamless integration of services
  • Manage budgets and resources to achieve organizational goals
  • Stay up-to-date with industry developments and best practices in oral health care

Requirements:

  • Masters degree in Public Health or related field
  • Experience working in public health dentistry, preferably in a leadership role
  • Strong communication and interpersonal skills
  • Ability to work effectively in a fast-paced environment
  • Demonstrated commitment to improving oral health outcomes for underserved populations
