Vaco Recruiter Services is seeking a skilled and proactive leader to take on the role of Finance Operations Manager.

The ideal candidate will possess a robust combination of financial acumen and accounting expertise, demonstrating a commitment to meeting deadlines and collaborating effectively with executive teams.


Key Responsibilities:
  • Assist in crafting the organization’s budget and forecasts, delivering insights and analyses to facilitate informed decision-making.
  • Ensure the timely completion of month-end closing processes and oversee comprehensive accounting functions.
  • Prepare and evaluate monthly, quarterly, and annual financial reports in compliance with GAAP standards.
  • Coordinate external audits, acting as the liaison with auditors and supplying necessary documentation.
  • Work closely with senior leadership to formulate financial strategies that align with the company’s growth goals and long-term viability.
  • Identify opportunities for process enhancements and implement improvements.
  • Conduct monthly, quarterly, annual, and ad hoc management reporting.
  • Perform additional duties as required.

Qualifications:
  • Bachelor's degree in accounting, finance, or a related discipline.
  • Experience in public accounting is highly preferred.
  • Exceptional communication and interpersonal skills, with the ability to engage effectively with stakeholders at all levels.
