Job Summary

Therapy 2000/Green Apple Therapy is seeking a highly skilled Pediatric Speech Language Pathologist to join our team of healthcare professionals. As a Pediatric Speech Language Pathologist, you will play a vital role in providing high-quality speech therapy services to children in the comfort of their own homes.

Key Responsibilities
  • Conduct comprehensive speech therapy evaluations to determine patients' needs for therapy.
  • Develop and implement individualized treatment plans aligned with physicians' orders.
  • Collaborate with patients' caregivers to develop home exercise programs.
  • Act as a vital member of patients' medical teams, coordinating care with various providers and disciplines.
  • Meet deadlines for completion of patient chart updates, progress summaries, and other paperwork as needed.
  • Participate in regular meetings with agency personnel to maintain understanding of expectations and standards related to delivering high-quality patient care.
Requirements
  • A current/active license to practice Speech Language Pathology in the state of Texas.
  • An innovative spirit complemented by a demonstrated history of reliability.
  • Flexibility to adapt to changing priorities and needs of the business.
  • Ability to use common workplace technology.
Preferred Qualifications
  • 3+ years of experience as a pediatric Speech Language Pathologist.
  • Experience in a home health setting.
  • Experience or certifications in feeding therapy or other clinical specialties.
  • Bilingual (English/Spanish).
