Dialysis Therapist Lead

• Provide direct patient care, including assessing, planning, intervening, and evaluating patient outcomes
• Lead a team of healthcare professionals in delivering high-quality patient care and promoting a positive work environment
• Collaborate with interdisciplinary teams to develop and implement individualized care plans
• Conduct ongoing education and training programs for staff to ensure compliance with regulatory requirements and best practices

To be successful in this role, you will need:

• A graduate degree in nursing from an accredited institution
• A current RN license in good standing
• A minimum of 2 years of experience in nephrology nursing, preferably in a dialysis setting
• Excellent leadership and communication skills, with the ability to motivate and empower team members
