  • Travel Reimbursement: We compensate for your time and mileage for commutes exceeding 30 miles, as well as for errands and appointments during your shifts.
  • Career Advancement: We support your growth as a caregiver through continued education, offering five levels of advanced training with bonuses for completion. Opportunities for leadership roles are available for experienced caregivers.
  • Holiday Compensation: Receive time-and-a-half pay for any major holidays worked.
  • Referral Bonus: Earn a $150 bonus for referring a qualified candidate after they complete six months with us, and another $150 after one year.
