Job Summary

We are seeking an experienced and professional Property Manager to join our team at River's Edge Apartments and Studio for the Arts in Salisbury, Maryland. As a Property Manager, you will be the face of our property and will be responsible for ensuring the highest level of customer service and satisfaction.

Key Responsibilities
  • Property Management: Oversee the day-to-day operations of the property, including resident relations, lease administration, and maintenance coordination.
  • Financial Management: Review and analyze monthly operating statements, budget to actual variances, and bottom-line cash flow control.
  • Reporting and Compliance: Produce accurate and timely reports, including monthly financials, and ensure compliance with agency regulations.
  • Team Collaboration: Work closely with the on-site team to ensure seamless operations and excellent resident satisfaction.
Requirements
  • 3+ years of experience as a Tax Credit Property Manager
  • Tax Credit experience desired
  • Tax Credit Specialist (TCS) certification is a plus
  • Excellent communications and customer service skills
  • Ability to work independently and take directions
  • Yardi software experience is a plus
