Iron Skillet Cook

TravelCenters of America is seeking a skilled Cook to join our restaurant team. As a key member of our team, you will be responsible for preparing and presenting high-quality food to our guests, ensuring a memorable dining experience.

• Prepare and cook a variety of menu items to order, adhering to our high standards of quality and presentation.
• Work efficiently in a fast-paced kitchen environment, maintaining a clean and organized workspace.
• Collaborate with other team members to ensure seamless service and meet customer expectations.
• Maintain accurate records of food preparation and inventory, adhering to company policies and procedures.
• Participate in ongoing training and development to enhance culinary skills and knowledge.

• Previous experience in a food service environment, preferably in a restaurant or catering setting.
• Strong communication and teamwork skills, with the ability to work effectively in a fast-paced environment.
• Ability to lift up to 50 pounds and stand for long periods, with frequent bending and reaching.
• Flexibility to work a variety of shifts, including evenings, weekends, and holidays.
