The anticipated salary range for this position is between $79,200 and $88,000, contingent upon experience, along with a comprehensive benefits package that includes bonuses and a 401(k) plan.
PRIMARY ROLE RESPONSIBILITIES
Assist in ensuring the reliability of the Records Management (RM) software and hardware utilized for Enterprise Content Management (ECM), Enterprise Asset Management (EAM), and other internal RM applications. Address routine issues related to Records and Document Control (DC) processing, data discrepancies, and user support. Conduct system administration and testing support, while providing assistance to the Site Records Management department and serving as a backup for Site Records Managers as necessary.
KEY DUTIES AND RESPONSIBILITIES
- Facilitate software improvements and troubleshoot issues related to RM/DC software and hardware used for ECM (e.g., Documentum, FCMS) and EAM (e.g., PassPort). Identify opportunities for innovation and promote standardized processes, data management, and systems.
- Resolve standard RM/DC processing challenges, data issues, and provide user assistance. Escalate complex problems promptly.
- Perform system administration and software testing, including after-hours support for implementation.
- Conduct data analysis, conversions, and validations for RM/DC processes, site integrations, software migrations, and bulk data uploads.
- Develop and maintain user interfaces, lead change management initiatives for software technology updates, and provide initial and ongoing training for RM department staff and other departments.
- Evaluate the implementation and performance of the RM program.
- Serve as a backup for Site Records Managers as required.
MINIMUM REQUIREMENTS
- Bachelor's Degree with a minimum of 2 years of relevant experience OR
- Associate's Degree with at least 3 years of relevant experience OR
- High School diploma with a minimum of 5 years of relevant experience.
- Demonstrated ability to work independently.
PREFERRED QUALIFICATIONS
- Familiarity with EAM (e.g., PassPort) and ECM (e.g., EDMS, FCMS) solutions.
- Experience with MS Access.
- Knowledge of nuclear records/document control and related departmental processes.
