Responsibilities
- Provide direct patient care to patients with a variety of cardiovascular diagnoses, including post-cardiac surgeries and procedures.
- Collaborate with the interdisciplinary team to develop and implement individualized patient care plans.
- Participate in cross-training opportunities to enhance skills and knowledge.
- Contribute to a positive and supportive team environment.
Requirements
- 1-2 years of experience in a cardiac or telemetry setting.
- 2+ years of experience eligible for a $7,500 sign-on bonus.
- Internal transfers and new grad hires are not eligible for a sign-on bonus.
