About the Role:

The Server is a key member of our team, responsible for delivering exceptional guest experiences in our dining room. As the primary point of contact, you will be the face of our restaurant, ensuring that every guest feels welcome and valued.

Key Responsibilities:

  • Sell and serve food and beverages with knowledge, hospitality, and service skills
  • Operate effectively as part of a team, communicate clearly, and ensure smooth service operations
  • Maintain clean and organized work stations that reflect our restaurant's philosophy and standards of excellence
  • Recognize areas for improvement and offer positive solutions for change
  • Understand and adhere to all programs, procedures, standards, and training programs
  • Represent the restaurant professionally through effective communication and relationships with business partners

Requirements:

  • 2-4 years of fine dining service experience
  • Knowledge of service and food and beverage procedures
  • Cleanliness, organization, and teamwork skills
  • Extensive food and wine knowledge
  • Ability to operate a cash register POS system and Microsoft-based computer systems
  • Impeccable grooming, good hygiene, and required uniform and tools
