Job Summary

We are seeking an experienced Telemetry Registered Nurse to join our team as a Traveling Healthcare Professional. This exciting opportunity will allow you to work in a dynamic and challenging environment, providing high-quality patient care and contributing to the success of our healthcare organization.

Responsibilities
  • Provide direct patient care to patients in the telemetry unit, including assessment, planning, implementation, and evaluation of care.
  • Collaborate with the interdisciplinary team to develop and implement individualized patient care plans.
  • Monitor and manage patient vital signs, including ECG, blood pressure, and oxygen saturation.
  • Administer medications and treatments as prescribed by physicians.
  • Document patient information and progress in a timely and accurate manner.
Requirements
  • Current RN licensure in the state of practice.
  • At least 2 years of experience as a Telemetry Registered Nurse.
  • Ability to work in a fast-paced environment and prioritize multiple tasks.
  • Excellent communication and interpersonal skills.
  • Ability to lift 25 pounds and stand for long periods.
