About the Job:
The successful candidate will be responsible for attending to the individual needs of residents, including bathing, feeding, dressing, and ambulating. They will also be responsible for taking and recording patient vital signs, lifting, moving, and transporting residents, using proper body mechanics. Additionally, they will recognize and report changes in resident conditions to a nurse manager, communicate effectively with residents, visitors, families, peers, and supervisors, and demonstrate the ability to assist nurses with various duties as directed.
Requirements:
We are seeking a highly motivated and compassionate CNA who has at least one year of experience in a Long Term Care setting. The ideal candidate will possess a graduate degree from an accredited Certified Nursing Aide Assistant program and hold a current state certification as a CNA. Knowledge of Point Click Care is preferred.
