We are seeking an experienced Private Client Associate to join our team at Jameson Legal in Chicago. As a key member of our Private Client practice, you will advise clients on a wide range of estate, gift, and generation-skipping transfer taxation matters.

Key Responsibilities:
  • Advise clients on proactive estate planning strategies, estate and trust administration, and business succession planning.
  • Counsel clients on matters regarding private foundations, charitable transfers, and family governance.
  • Prepare, administer, and construct wills and trusts, charitable gift planning, private trust companies, and formation and operation of private foundations.
  • Provide complex insurance planning, leveraged wealth transfer techniques, and family-owned business succession planning.
Requirements:
  • Current subchapter K (tax) experience/partnership agreements.
  • Market-leading exposure to a broad range of taxation matters.
  • Annual salary: $295,000 – $370,000.
