Column Supervisor

As a Column Leader, you will provide technical guidance to the assembly team and ensure seamless operations on the construction site.

You will be responsible for the proper assembly, modification, and dismantling of work and safety scaffolding, as well as the assembly and commissioning of work platforms and elevators.

Key responsibilities include coordinating work steps, monitoring performance, and conducting quality assurance measures and scaffolding inspections.

You will also be responsible for the transport, storage, and maintenance of scaffolding components.

Requirements include a completed apprenticeship in a trade or construction industry, such as scaffolding, or relevant experience as a career changer.

Advantageous qualifications include further training as a certified scaffolding assembly leader or scaffolding team leader.

Essential skills include several years of professional experience in the scaffolding trade, leadership skills, and a head for heights, physical fitness, and spatial imagination.
