We are seeking a highly motivated and sales-driven individual to join our team as a Salon Sales Representative. As a key member of our team, you will be responsible for providing exceptional customer service, building loyalty and long-term relationships with our clients, and driving sales growth through proactive consulting and upselling.
**Key Responsibilities**
- Meet and exceed daily, weekly, and monthly sales quotas
- Consult with customers in a professional and upbeat manner to understand their skincare needs and preferences
- Proactively build loyalty and long-term relationships with customers through personalized service and tailored recommendations
- Maintain a clean and organized salon environment, ensuring a positive and welcoming experience for our clients
- Handle cash transactions, manage inventory, and perform daily administrative tasks
- Track and analyze sales data to identify opportunities for growth and improvement
**Requirements**
- Ability to work 15-30 hours per week for part-time, 35-40 hours per week for full-time
- Reliable transportation and flexible availability, including nights and weekends
- Previous customer service experience, preferably in a sales-driven environment
- Excellent communication and interpersonal skills, with a strong ability to build rapport with clients
- Polished professional appearance and a passion for delivering exceptional customer service
- Ability to multitask in a fast-paced environment and adapt to changing priorities
- Ability to stand, bend, and walk for 5-8 hours per day
