Job Summary

We are seeking a highly motivated and compassionate Registered Nurse to join our Med Surg Residency Program. As a new graduate nurse, you will have the opportunity to develop your clinical skills and knowledge in a supportive and dynamic environment.

Responsibilities
  • Provide direct nursing care to patients in accordance with established policies and procedures.
  • Assist with patient care, including observation and documentation of patient healthcare needs.
  • Implement and monitor patient care plans, communicating and recording changes in patient condition as necessary.
  • Participate in transition to practice programs to develop clinical thinking and enhanced clinical judgment.
Requirements
  • BLS Provider certification within 1 month of hire date.
  • Registered Nurse licensure from the Texas Board of Nursing.
  • Diploma from an accredited school of nursing or professional licensure at time of hire.
