Job Overview

As an Employee Health LVN, you will be an integral part of our team, working to promote staff health and safety. Your primary responsibilities will include leading an Employee Health Program, identifying workers with potential health risks or limitations, and directing them to suitable resources for further assistance.

You will also act as a support system for staff, responding to queries and concerns related to employee health. Additionally, you will supervise health initiatives for workers, such as Flu campaigns and Tuberculosis screening for new hires and volunteers.

The ideal candidate will have at least two years of experience in the relevant field, a valid basic life support certification, and a valid License Pract/Vocational Nurse (LVN) license. A strong understanding of health and safety laws, along with excellent communication and organizational skills, is essential for success in this role.

We offer a competitive salary of $63,000 - $73,000 per year, depending on experience, plus a range of benefits including dollar-for-dollar 401(k) match, debt-free tuition assistance, and immediate access to time off benefits.
