Opportunity:
  • Remarkably low turnover rate
  • Team structure follows an MD/CRNA care model
  • Openings available for full-time permanent roles with weekend responsibilities
  • Shift timings are flexible, with potential on-call duties
  • Weekend call is 24 hours, with an incentive for participation, averaging 2-3 calls monthly
  • CRNAs are authorized to perform spinals and epidurals, while MDs handle all nerve blocks
  • Pre-operative assessments are primarily conducted by MDs, except for MAC cases which CRNAs can manage
  • Trauma Level II facility
