Electrical Engineering Services and Systems Internship

We are seeking highly motivated and talented individuals to join our Electrical Engineering Services and Systems team as interns. As an intern, you will have the opportunity to work on real-world projects, develop your technical skills, and gain valuable industry experience.

Key Responsibilities:
  • Work on assigned projects for electrical power distribution equipment
  • Deliver technical solutions to customers
  • Perform complex engineering assignments, including equipment or product design, testing of materials, process studies, or research investigations
  • Gain knowledge in test equipment operation, troubleshooting techniques, protective relays, power quality measurements, disaster recovery, rotating machinery, and protection & control design
  • Generate timely and accurate service reports on work, product performance, and warranties
Requirements:
  • Actively enrolled in or received a bachelor's or master's degree program in engineering from an accredited institution
  • Minimum overall cumulative GPA of 2.8
  • Must be legally authorized to work in the United States without company sponsorship now and in the future
  • Must be geographically flexible to relocate within the United States
  • Must have a valid driver's license
Preferred Qualifications:
  • Actively enrolled in a bachelor's degree program in an electrical, mechanical, or mechatronics engineering program from an accredited institution
  • Overall cumulative GPA of 3.2 or higher
  • Demonstrated leadership experience within campus and/or the community
  • Prior electrical/power industry related experience
  • Experience in testing, troubleshooting, evaluating, and servicing electrical distribution and control systems
