Responsibilities:
  • Wash and sanitize all kitchen equipment, utensils, and service ware to ensure a clean and safe environment for food preparation and service.
  • Maintain the dish area, equipment, and chemicals to ensure optimal performance and efficiency.
  • Verify that all dish machine chemicals, water, and three-compartment sink are properly maintained and functioning correctly.
  • Ensure that all work areas and equipment are clean and sanitized throughout the shift.
