  • Utilize Cleaning Out of Place (COP) and Cleaning In Place (CIP) systems for thorough equipment sanitation.
  • Ensure that all equipment is cleaned and set up correctly for safe food production.
  • Monitor and adjust chemical concentrations in CIP systems to guarantee effective cleaning.
  • Keep accurate records of CIP chart data.
  • Document all relevant information on sanitation logs and charts.
  • Manage inventory levels of sanitation supplies to ensure availability.
  • Provide training to new associates on essential sanitation practices.
  • Operate the SCADA system effectively for monitoring purposes.
  • Maintain a clean and organized work area in compliance with company standards.

Qualifications:

  • Strong communication skills with the ability to instruct others.
  • A high school diploma or GED is required.
  • Previous experience in a manufacturing or industrial setting is preferred.
  • Familiarity with the SCADA system is essential.
