The Product Manager II on the Product WiFi team will be responsible for the product management of one or more highly complex WiFi CPE enterprise-wide products consisting of multiple projects.
They will have the ability to align product delivery with broader strategic initiatives and goals, manage multiple products and programs, and orchestrate the results to achieve a broad product goal, ensuring that governance controls are in place.
Key Responsibilities- Define Business and Product Requirements: Defines the business and product requirements for features and hardware for upcoming Wi-Fi CPE.
- Executive Reporting: Defines executive reporting of roadmap, development issues and success metrics.
- Risk Management: Identifies and monitors areas of risk.
- Interdependency Management: Understands interdependencies of requirements and delivery teams; continuously seeks opportunities to improve cost, performance, and customer experience.
- Customer Satisfaction: Manages customer satisfaction with new product launch and monitors competitive environment to ensure new product is delivering best in class service.
- Trend Awareness: Maintains awareness of trends, business conditions and internal process and practices impacting component projects or overall program.
- 5+ years of product management experience within the hardware, telecom, or cable industry.
- Solid familiarity and experience with Wi-Fi products.
- Ability to generate requirements from high-level asks while managing multiple products and programs.
- Experience presenting material to executives.
- Strong soft skills.
- Experience with ticketing systems for tracking projects (Jira, Rally, etc).
- A competitive salary range of $120,000 - $150,000 annually.
