Job Overview

This is a full-time position, requiring a strong focus on building relationships with clients, understanding their unique needs, and developing personalized care plans. The successful candidate will possess excellent communication and problem-solving skills, be able to work independently, and demonstrate a genuine interest in delivering high-quality care.

Key Duties
  • Develop and implement comprehensive care plans, working closely with clients, family members, and healthcare providers.
  • Deliver high-quality care and support services, including assistance with daily living activities, medication management, and light housekeeping.
  • Provide companionship and emotional support, engaging clients in conversations and activities that promote mental and emotional well-being.
  • Document client progress, including medical needs, preferences, and any concerns or incidents.
  • Maintain accurate records, ensure confidentiality, and adhere to all relevant laws and regulations.
Requirements
  • A minimum of 2 years of experience in caregiving or a related field.
  • Associate's or bachelor's degree in a healthcare-related field preferred.
  • Current CPR/First Aid certification and ability to obtain company-sponsored certifications.
  • Reliable transportation, valid driver's license, and auto insurance.
  • Ability to lift up to 50 pounds and work in a smoke-free environment.
Compensation and Benefits

Estimated annual salary: $48,000 - $58,000. Comprehensive benefits package includes health, dental, and vision insurance, paid time off, and mileage reimbursement for private pay clients.
